Place an order through our Telegram bot or chat directly with our support, who will assist you.

Select where you want to apply for your visa. This takes only 15 minutes.

If you want to place an order for our notifications service, you will need to make a payment.

For our auto-booking service, prepayment is required only if the visa centre has mandatory fees while paying online.

/02Wait for slots

As soon as a slot opening is made, the bot will notify you if you ordered the notifications service, or will try to appoint you if you ordered the auto-booking service.

The time it takes to find a slot varies based on where you want to go. Sometimes you will have to wait a long time before a slot opening, we can't control it.

In case of the notifications service, you will need to book the slot manually when our bot sends out a notification. Unfortunately, most people don't get it on their first few tries.

Is submitting data through Visa Catcher safe?

Your data security is our top priority. We comply with the EU's GDPR and the UK's Data Protection Act 2018. Rest assured, your data is securely handled and is solely used for the visa booking process. After completion, your data is deleted. We collect only the essential data required by visa centers. What countries and visa types do you support?

We support visa applications for all countries listed on the VFS modern portal. To view the countries we cover, please start by using the "Let's Get Started" section on our homepage.

Is making a payment safe?

Absolutely. We ensure the safety of all transactions through PayPal. You can choose to pay using your PayPal account or a debit/credit card processed via PayPal.

What is the status of my order?

To track the status of your order, please follow your personal order link provided by the Telegram bot. Alternatively, you can access the "Orders" tab in our Telegram bot and click on the link next to your specific order for the latest updates.

I can't apply on certain dates. What can I do?

You have the option to set your availability preferences when you register with us. Through your personal order link, accessible via the "Orders" tab in the Telegram bot, you can specify preferred dates and exclude others. Please note that more restrictive date preferences may impact the speed of securing an appointment.

Do you provide refunds? (Notifications service)

We offer a full refund for the notifications service up until the first notification is sent. If you secure a slot without prior notification, a refund may still be possible. Should issues arise, please contact our support team. At Visa Catcher, we strive to accommodate our clients' needs and understand the challenges of securing appointments amid high demand. Depending on your situation, we might suggest extending your subscription or adding additional countries.

Do you provide refunds? (Auto-booking service)

We offer an 80% refund if you change your mind before a slot is booked. However, once a slot is secured and the visa center fee is paid, we are unable to offer a refund due to the costs already incurred.
