Visa Catcher is an independent service that watches Schengen visa appointment availability and tells you the moment a slot opens. This page explains exactly what that means, what it does not mean, and how to reach a person.

What the service does

Watch for appointment openings

Our bots check visa application centre portals continuously across 21 cities in United Kingdom, Ireland, UAE, United States, Canada. When a slot appears on a route we monitor, subscribers are notified.

The free tier is a set of public Telegram channels, one per route. No account, no payment, no personal data required to join.

On paid plans we complete the booking on your behalf on competitive routes where slots disappear within minutes.

What it does not do

Worth stating plainly, because appointment services are a category with a lot of overclaiming in it.

  • We are not a visa agency and we do not advise on whether your application will succeed.
  • We do not issue visas, influence decisions, or speed up consular processing. Under the EU Visa Code a decision is normally issued within 15 calendar days of an admissible application regardless of how you booked.
  • We do not guarantee that an appointment will become available on any route, or within any timeframe.
  • We are not affiliated with any visa application centre operator, embassy, consulate or government body.
