Security and data handling

Booking an appointment for someone requires access to the visa portal. Here is exactly how that works, what we hold, and what we deliberately never ask for.

We never ask for your personal email password

This is the part most people worry about, and it is the part we designed around. Rather than asking for your own inbox, we create a dedicated mailbox on one of our own domains for your application, and register the visa portal account against it.

That mailbox exists for one purpose: receiving the one-time passcodes and verification links the application centre sends during booking. Nothing else is ever addressed to it, so there is no personal correspondence in it to expose.

It also means that if you stop using us, there is nothing of yours left behind in a shared inbox — the mailbox was never yours to begin with, and it holds nothing but expired passcodes.

What we use

A booking mailbox on our own domain, created for your order, holding only portal one-time passcodes and confirmations.

What we never ask for

Your personal email password, your bank login, or any password you use anywhere else.

You can read the same mailbox

Eligible orders show a mailbox link and a per-order access code on your order page. The code is derived cryptographically from your order and a server-side secret — it is recomputed on demand and never stored in our database.

We surface it because you should be able to see every message the application centre sent about your application, not just take our word for what happened.

Payments

Card payments run through Stripe hosted checkout. You enter card details on Stripe's own page, not ours. Card numbers never reach our servers, and there is no field anywhere in our system that could store one.

We receive only the payment result — whether it succeeded, and for which order.

The free service needs nothing at all

The free Telegram alert channels require no account, no payment and no personal data. You join a channel and receive notifications. If you want to evaluate us before trusting us with anything, that is the way to do it — see the free bot.

Common questions

Do you need my email password?
No. We never ask for the password to your personal email account. Booking uses a dedicated mailbox we create on one of our own domains.
What is in that mailbox?
Only transactional mail from the visa application centre — one-time passcodes, email verification links and booking confirmations. No personal correspondence goes through it, because nothing else is ever sent to that address.
Can I read that mailbox myself?
Yes. Eligible orders show a mailbox link and access code on the order page, so you can read the same messages we do. That is deliberate: you should be able to see every message sent about your application.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card payments go through Stripe's hosted checkout. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's page and never reach our servers — there is no card field anywhere in our system.
