It is a real service with a free tier you can try without paying or handing over any personal data: join a public Telegram channel and see the alerts arrive. That is the cheapest way to check for yourself before spending anything.
What it cannot do is make an appointment exist. If a consulate releases no slots on your route, no monitoring service — this one included — can produce one. Anyone promising a guaranteed appointment is not describing how the system works.
Paid auto-booking is worth it only on routes where slots vanish faster than a person can react. On quiet routes the free alerts are enough, and we would rather say so than sell you something you do not need.
